  3. You can hide the publish date on all videos and images so that the date won't be show to viewers of videos.  If you have this enabled, you won't be able to change for specific videos in your library.  If disabled, you can enable or disable for each video in your library by visiting Video Details and then Publishing Options.

Solo Premier, Solo Max and Team Plans

If you have a Solo Premier, Solo Max, or a Team Plan (with the exception of legacy Team Deluxe plans), you have many more features available in hosting that enable you to personalize your viewers' experience.  Your channels and homepages can be fully customized with your branding. Branding options can include subdomain/CNAME, company name, company logos, video player colors, and customized video landing page.

Links to the videos you upload will be accessed from ScreenPal.com.

Selecting this option enables you to customize a subdomain on screencasthost.com. For example, "YourCompanyName.ScreencastHost.com".

CNAME from your domain
Use this option to map your own subdomain, or website (for example, video.mysite.com) to your selected content homepage. You can also click the link beside this option to request an SSL Certificate for a more secure HTTPS site.

To use a company logo, select the Use Logo checkbox. Next, click the Upload Logo button to upload your logo image.

Note: The recommended logo dimensions are 400px x 100px and the max upload size is 2MB.

If you do not have a logo and would like to use your company name instead, enter it in the Page Title box located in the Hosting: Content section above.

From the Hosting: Branding & Customization area, you can also do the following:
  1. Customize the color of the header by selecting the Customize header color checkbox and selecting a color using the color picker, or entering a hex color code in the box.
  2. Enter a link that viewers will be directed to when they click your logo by entering a link in the Logo Link box. Please note that this value must be a valid URL or you will not be able to save your changes. Additionally, if you choose not to enter a link in the Logo Link box, your logo will still be displayed at the top of your site, but it will not be clickable.
  3. Change what is displayed on your site's homepage (see below).

If you specify a Subdomain or CNAME in the Site Setup section, our viewer watch page content and any associated URL will use that subdomain (that is, mysubdomain.screencasthost.com or mycname.com).   You also get a dedicated Home Page to present curated content to your users or Team.

Use the Home Page drop-down list to select the items that will displayed on your team's homepage.

Available options are:

Show a blank page
Show a channel (which enables you to choose a channel when selected)
Show most recent uploads
Show a list of channels

Player Customization

From this area, you can add a custom image, logo, or icon to be displayed on all your Team's images, videos and Home Page. Uploading this image from the Content Hosting area displays the uploaded image on all videos for all members of your Team. To upload an image, click the Upload Logo button and select a file. Next, select the image or logo's position on your videos by selecting one of the boxes under Position on Video

For Player Color, you can change the video player color palette to match your organization's logo and branding.

To enable your Team's users to upload their own logos or images and customize the branding of their own content, select the Allow team users to customize the branding of their videos checkbox. If you do not select this check box, the Player Branding area on the Video Details tab (seen below) will be disabled for all Team members (team members will not be able to switch the toggle to the ON position):

If you'd like to allow the members of their team to customize the Player Options and Viewer Actions for the videos they upload, select the Allow team users to customize their videos checkbox. If you clear this checkbox, the Player Customization section on the Share Video tab will not be displayed for team members.

To learn more about customizing the video player, you can watch this tutorial:
