New to a ScreenPal Team Plan? Start here for a beginner-friendly guide to setting up your plan and helping your team members be successful with ScreenPal.
Use this checklist to get started:
☑️ Add users
Begin by adding users to your Team Plan. You can send an invite link, invite individuals using their email address, bulk upload groups of users using a .csv file, or provide your users with single sign-on access via SAML. For more information, see our
Add users to your Team Plan knowledge base article.
💡 Team members need to be added to your plan to gain access to Team Plan features like ScreenPal AI, team collaboration tools, advanced integrations, and more.
☑️ Configure ScreenPal support settings
Go to
Settings >
Organization and Team Support to complete your
Organization Profile and
customize your Team Member Help Page. Visit the
Account Management area of
Settings to add other Account Admins to help you manage your Team Plan.
💡 Adding experts makes managing your plan a snap! ScreenPal customers routinely add LTI administrators, learning technologists, and IT professionals as Team Admins.
☑️ Set up ScreenPal integrations
If your organization uses a learning management system (LMS), such as Blackboard, Canvas, D2L/Brightspace, Moodle, or Schoology, you can configure the ScreenPal LTI app and give your team members the ability to embed ScreenPal content and tools within the LMS. Find the configuration information for your organization's LMS from the
LTI and LMS Integration section of our knowledge base.
💡 Configure ScreenPal integrations to enable users to communicate effectively using your favorite tools.
☑️ Help your team members get started
To help your team members get started with ScreenPal, you can distribute the following:
- The Get Started with the ScreenPal Screen Recorder video tutorial

Additionally, members of your team can get help by logging into their ScreenPal account, clicking their user badge, and then clicking Help to open your organization's help page.
