What happens if my Team Plan lapses?
When your Team Administrator cancels your Team Business or Team Education plan, you can keep the content you uploaded to ScreenPal. Just download any images or videos from your ScreenPal hosting account that you would like to keep.
Any call-to-action buttons, annotation links, video player customization, and quizzes will be removed when your Team Plan expires. You will also lose access to the Video Editor.
If you would like to keep these features, you will need to register for a Solo Plan, or reach out to your Team Plan Administrator.
