If you are a Google Workspace administrator for your team, you can install the ScreenPal Chrome extension for all your users.
Before you begin
In order to install the ScreenPal extension for your users, you will configure the following policies:
1. ExtensionInstallForcelist
2. ExtensionSettings
3. ScreenCaptureAllowed
There may be other policies that seem relevant to this installation, or are mentioned in Google's documentation. However, configuring any policies aside from those listed above will break the ScreenPal extension.
Install the ScreenPal extension on all users' devices
2. In the menu on the left, expand Devices and then expand Chrome.
3. Click Apps & extensions.
4. Click the Users & browsers tab.
5. Hover over the yellow plus icon in the bottom right corner of the page, and then click the Add Chrome app or extension by ID option.
6. For Extension ID, enter eefedolmcildfckjamddopaplfiiankl and select From the Chrome Web Store. Click Save.

7. Set the following options:
8. Click Save.
No action is necessary for the ExtensionSettings policy. This setting will automatically be configured using the selections you made in the previous steps. Advanced options for this setting require configuration via the Google Admin API or other tools. You can view more information about these advanced settings here.
Additionally, no action is needed for the ScreenCaptureAllowed policy. This policy has a default value of Allow sites to prompt the user to share a video stream of their screen. If your organization explicitly changes this default value, however, it will cause the ScreenPal Chrome extension to break.
If you are experiencing issues with the ScreenPal extension, verify that the ScreenCaptureAllowed policy is configured correctly by going to Devices > Chrome > Settings, clicking the User & browser settings tab, scrolling down to the Content heading, and clicking the Screen video capture setting.
