Can't launch since Microsoft Defender SmartScreen is showing "Windows protected your PC"

If you try launching from your browser on Windows and you see a message from Microsoft Defender SmartScreen when running the WebLaunchRecorder.exe you'll have to follow these steps:

1. Click "More Info"


2 Click "Run Anyway":
