How do I get the latest version of the ScreenPal desktop application?
There are two ways to update your version of our app.
1. First, be sure that the ScreenPal desktop app is not already running on your current device.
To do this on Windows, right-click the ScreenPal app icon in the Windows taskbar and then click Quit.
On a Mac, press CTRL and click the ScreenPal icon in the Mac menu bar, and then click Quit.
2. Log into your ScreenPal account from screenpal.com.
3. Launch one of the desktop tools by clicking Create in the upper right corner and selecting Capture Screenshot, Launch Recorder, Edit Image, or Edit Video.
This will automatically update your application to the latest version.
You can also update to the latest version from your menu bar on Mac, or the taskbar in Windows:
1. Click the app icon in the menu or tool bar.
2. If an update is available, you will see a blue Update button in the tray menu. Click that button to download the update.
