Upload Failure

Upload Failure

Failed uploads are usually caused by:
  1. Restricted networks - You are on a school or company network which is restricting the upload. If you suspect that this is the case, please refer your network administrator to this article.
  2. Anti-virus or firewall software on Windows - You are running Windows with anti-virus software that is blocking our app.  Try temporarily disabling the anti-virus software and attempt to upload once more.
In addition, please note that videos over 2GB cannot be uploaded to online Content hosting via the website, and should instead be uploaded using the the Project Manager app.
