Failed uploads are usually caused by:

  1. Restricted networks - You are on a school or company network which is restricting the upload.
  2. Anti-virus / firewall software on windows - You are running Windows with anti-virus software that is blocking our app.  Try temporarily disabling the anti-virus software and attempt to upload once more.
