Connect Zoom meeting recordings to the Desktop Video Editor

As a Solo Deluxe, Premier, or Max user, or as a member of a Team Plan, you can easily download your Zoom Cloud recordings, or import your local computer Zoom recording to manage, edit, and share your video meetings.  Import your Zoom recording and then use the Video Editor to edit your meeting video and share it.

Connect with your local (computer) Zoom recordings:

You can see your Zoom recordings in the Project Manager.

1. First, open the Project Manager.
2. Click the Connect icon () in the top right,

3. Click Connect with Zoom.



4. Next, select the check box for Connect with Local Recordings.



If Zoom has set up a folder on your computer in the default location (Documents), our application will detect it! If you would like to customize this location, click the folder name to change the folder. You can change the location anytime.

5. Click Done.

Our app will now sync your local recordings.

Note: The Zoom recordings will maintain their recorded date and time. Your local recordings will look like this in the content manager:






Connect with your Cloud Zoom recordings:

You can see your Cloud Zoom recordings in the Project Manager.

1. Open the Project Manager.
2. Click the Connect icon () in the top right.

3. Click Connect with Zoom.



4. Select the check box next to Connect with Cloud Recordings.



5. You will be prompted to add your Zoom account. Launch the web browser and grant our app access to your recordings.



Our app will now display your cloud recordings. You can disconnect from Zoom or change accounts anytime from the Connect To Zoom dialog.

Note: The Zoom recordings will maintain their recorded date and time. 

To edit or publish your Zoom cloud recordings, click to download the recording.
