We have been working to natively address how the app UI scales on high res screens such as Apple MacBook with Retina Display and Microsoft Surface devices.   You can now download a new version of the software which works great on Hi-Res monitors.   To get better image handling on these types of screens, please visit this page and download the new app for Windows or Mac.
