The ScreenPal desktop application allows users to save their recordings as a video file or to upload their recordings to ScreenPal hosting, YouTube, Google Drive, Vimeo, and Dropbox. As an Team Owner or Team Admin, you may choose to add or remove the upload endpoints presented in the app for your users. An admin can find and modify these settings from the Team Feature Access page in Settings.
You can enable/disable the following as destinations for publishing:
Dropbox
Google Drive
ScreenPal Hosting
Save as a video file
Vimeo
YouTube

Note: At least one destination must be enabled or your team members will not be able to publish their content.
Enable or Disable Publishing Endpoints
1. Log into your Team Plan account as a Team Owner or Team Admin.
2. In the menu on the left, click Settings.
3. On the left sidebar menu, click Team Feature Access, and then click the pencil icon under Feature Access Default settings or for one of your Custom Access Pages.
4. Clear the checkboxes next to the endpoints that you want to disable.
Disabling an endpoint means that publishing option will no longer be displayed in the Share menu within the Video Editor.
5. Click Save.
Next, verify the applicable endpoints are enabled or disabled. You can verify the endpoints are disabled by doing the following:
1. Go to your team access page or login as a Team Member and launch the Screen Recorder, or open the Video Editor.
2. Either create a new recording or click an existing recording from the Project Manager.
3. From the top right corner of the Video Editor, you will see the Share button. Click it to open the Upload to ScreenPal menu.
4. From the Upload to ScreenPal menu, click the three dots.
This displays other options for uploading the video:
Verify that your selected endpoints are displayed or hidden in this publishing menu.
Only the options with the checkbox selected for them in your settings should be displayed in this list. All others will be disabled and hidden from the menu above. At least one destination must be enabled, or your team members will not be able to publish their content.
