Team Admin: Enable automatic translations and text-to-speech for video uploads
As the Owner of a Team Plan, when you enable ScreenPal AI for your team, you can choose to automatically generate text-to-speech narration in multiple languages for all videos uploaded to ScreenPal by your team. In order for this feature to work, videos need to be uploaded from the ScreenPal desktop app with a transcript OR must
include audible and intelligible narration
.1. Log in as a Team Plan Owner.
2. Go to Settings > Permissions.
3. In the AI section, select the check box for Allow users to access AI features.
5. Select a default language from the list.
6. Optionally, you can click the Add Text-to-Speech button to select a default voice for the narration.
7. If you like, select additional languages that uploaded videos will automatically be translated into, and select the default voice for each language.
8. When you're finished, be sure to scroll to the bottom of the Permissions page and click Save Changes.
