Team Admin: Enable automatic translations and text-to-speech for video uploads

As the Owner or Administrator of a Team Plan, when you enable ScreenPal AI for your team, you can choose to automatically generate text-to-speech narration in multiple languages for videos uploaded to ScreenPal Hosting by your team members. In order for this feature to work, videos need to be uploaded from the ScreenPal desktop app with a transcript, or must include audible and intelligible original narration.

1. Log in as a Team Plan Owner.

2. Go to Settings > AI Tools. 

3. Select the check box for Allow users to access AI features.

4. Select the check box for Enable auto-translations/TTS for new Uploads.

5. Select a default language from the list.

6. To select a default voice for the AI narration, click the Add Text-to-Speech button.

7. If you like, select additional languages that uploaded videos will automatically be translated into by selecting Add Language & Voice, choosing a language, and then selecting a default voice for each language. 

8. When you're finished, click Save Changes.
