Sound isn't working/recording on the Mobile App (iOS / iPhone / iPad / Android)
Make sure that your phone is not set to silent mode and that you have sufficient volume to the speakers before you begin recording.
Apple iPhone​/iPad:
Tap the microphone icon to turn your microphone on. This will capture your audio.
Please note: Apple restricts audio from being captured during FaceTime calls, as well as some other Apple-developed apps. (This is for privacy or copyright reasons.)
Android:
By default, the ScreenPal Android app will capture your microphone. You can turn your microphone on and off by tapping the Record button in our app and using the Record Microphone slider.
