ScreenPal Personal Pronunciation Dictionary

If you are using ScreenPal AI's text-to-speech feature, you may occasionally find that the AI narration voices pronounce certain words differently than you would like.  There are two ways you can add words to your Personal Pronunciation Dictionary, so ScreenPal AI narration pronounces them correctly.

Add pronunciation from the video timeline

First, you can add the correct pronunciation of a word directly from the script on Video Settings by hovering over the word, right-clicking it, and selecting Add Pronunciation.

Select the AI-suggested pronunciation of the word, or enter your own pronunciation.

Add pronunciation from your ScreenPal Settings

You can also add words to your pronunciation dictionary by going to Settings > Pronunciation Dictionary. Just select a Language and Locale, and then click the Add Word button to enter the word and add your preferred pronunciation.
