Recording system audio with Realtek Audio Card
If you have a Realtek audio card, you must configure it to use the two-speaker setup to record the system audio using our app.
1. In Windows, open the Control Panel.
2. Click Hardware and Sound.
3. Click Sound.
4. From the Playback tab of the Sound dialog, click the Realtek HD Audio Manager and then click Set Default.
5. Next, click Configure.
6. Under Audio channels, select the speakers that are present in your speaker configuration and click Test.
You should hear a tone play. Click Next to follow the directions to continue the configuration process.
