Record on any monitor
1. From your ScreenPal account, click the Create button in the top right corner (
).
2. Click Record Video and then select Desktop Recorder.
3. Click the anchor icon in the middle of the recording area and drag and drop it to the screen you want to record.
4. Click the red Rec button to begin your recording.
Troubleshooting
If you have trouble moving the Screen Recorder to a second monitor, try the following steps.
1. Click Size in the recording menu and select the lowest resolution option listed.
2. Grab the anchor icon in the middle of the recording area and slowly drag it to your second monitor.
3. If your second monitor is smaller, or has a lower resolution, drag the sides and corners of the recording area to make it as small as possible. Then try dragging it to the second monitor again.
