Online Video Editor

Online Video Editor

You can use ScreenPal's Online Video Editor to edit videos straight from your browser, for free.

Before you can begin editing, you'll need to log into your existing ScreenPal account, or create a new one.

There are several ways you can access the Online Video Editor:
  1. By clicking the Edit video in Online Video Editor button from a finished recording in the Online Screen Recorder
  2. By clicking the Create button in the top right corner of your screen and then clicking Edit Video > Edit Online.
The expanded ScreenPal Create menu with the Edit Video option selected, which shows two additional options for Edit Online and Edit on Desktop.

  1. By going to your ScreenPal Hosting Library, hovering over a video, and clicking Manage to open Video Settings. From there, click the Send to Video Editor icon on the video, and select Edit Online.

When you open a video in the Online Video Editor, if it includes audio narration, a transcript will be automatically generated.

From the menu on the left, you can edit the video's transcript using the ScreenPal AI text-based video editor, add video clips, text, images, music, and more!

For more information about how to use the Online Video Editor, see our Get Started with the Online Video Editor tutorial.
