If you are unable to record the screen, camera or microphone using ScreenPal on macOS, use the following steps to ensure that all necessary permissions are enabled.
- Click the Apple icon (top-left corner of your screen) and select System Settings:

- Navigate to the Privacy & Security tab, then go through and check the Camera, Microphone, Files and Folders, and Screen & System Audio Recording settings:

Note: Older versions of macOS display Screen Recording instead of Screen & System Audio Recording.
- In each of these settings windows, toggle ScreenPal to Enabled:

After enabling these permissions, exit and relaunch the application. Here are the steps to do so:
- From the right side of the Mac menu bar, Control+Click the ScreenPal app icon.
- Select Quit from the pop-up menu:

- Login to screenpal.com.
- Use the desired launch icon:
