Connect Webex by Cisco Meeting Recordings to the Desktop Video Editor
WebEx Integration:
Easily download your WebEx Cloud recordings, or import your WebEx recordings from your local computer to manage, edit, and share your video meetings.
Connect with your local WebEx recordings:
To view your WebEx recordings, open the Project Manager.
1. Click the
Connect
button in upper right and then click
Connect with Webex
.
2. Select the check box next to
Connect with Local Recordings
.
You will be asked to choose a folder on your computer where your Webex recordings are stored (you configure this from your Webex app).
3. Click
Done.
Info: If you record a WebEx meeting to your computer (as opposed to the cloud), the recording location selected by your WebEx software will be your
Documents
folder. We recommend using a unique folder to store recordings, so that only your WebEx recordings are displayed in the ScreenPal Project Manager. From your WebEx application, when you choose to record a meeting and save that recording locally, you can create a new folder (for example, "Webex Recordings"). If you have already connected the video editor to your local recordings in the Documents folder, you can change the location by clicking Folder and then selecting the new folder location.
Our application will now sync your local recordings.
Note:
The WebEx recordings will maintain their recorded date and time. Your local recordings will be displayed like this in the Project Manager:
Connect with your WebEx cloud recordings:

Our application will now display your cloud recordings.
Note:
The WebEx recordings will maintain their recorded date and time.
