Connect Webex by Cisco Meeting Recordings to the Desktop Video Editor
WebEx Integration:
Easily download your WebEx Cloud recordings, or import your WebEx recordings from your local computer to manage, edit, and share your video meetings.
Connect with your local WebEx recordings:
To view your WebEx recordings, open the content manager.
1. Click Connect.
2. Select the check box next to Connect with Local Recordings.
3. Click Done.

If you record a WebEx meeting to your computer (as opposed to the cloud), the recording location selected by your WebEx software will be your Documents folder. We recommend using a unique folder to store recordings, so that only your WebEx recordings are displayed in the Content Manager. From your WebEx application, when you choose to record a meeting and save that recording locally, you can create a new folder (for example, "Webex Recordings"). When you connect the video editor to your local recordings, you can then specify your unique folder name by clicking on Account and then selecting the unique folder.
Our application will now sync your local recordings.
Note: The WebEx recordings will maintain their recorded date and time. Your local recordings will be displayed like this in the content manager:
Connect with your WebEx cloud recordings:

You can disconnect from WebEx or change accounts any time on the Connect to WebEx dialog.
Our application will now display your cloud recordings.
Note: The WebEx recordings will maintain their recorded date and time.

Important: Your cloud recordings may not be available immediately following your meeting. Please contact WebEx support regarding availability of cloud recordings.
To edit or publish your WebEx cloud recordings, click the thumbnail to download the recording.

The following steps will remove the connection between WebEx and our application.
