Chromebook device troubleshooting
If you are experiencing technical issues or the Screen Recorder is not launching properly on a Chromebook device, please try the following steps to troubleshoot. - Sign out of our website by clicking your user icon () in the top right of the website and select Sign Out.
- Clear your Chrome browser's cache and
restart your Chromebook computer. For steps on how to clear your cache, see this article.
- Uninstall our application from your apps.
Uninstall the extension by following the instructions in this link:

Note: Depending on the Chrome version, the Extensions option may be in the More dropdown menu, not in More Tools. In that case, select Extensions > Manage Extensions.
- Log into our website, then click Create (top-right) and select the desired tool from the dropdown menu:
- Follow the prompts to download and install the app via the Google Play Store.
- Navigate back to the website and launch the app using the Create menu.
