Chromebook device troubleshooting
If you are experiencing technical issues or the Screen Recorder is not launching properly on a Chromebook device, please try the following steps to troubleshoot.
- Sign out of our website by clicking your user icon () in the top right of the website and select Sign Out.
- Clear your Chrome browser's cache and
restart your Chromebook computer. For steps on how to clear your cache, see this article.
- Uninstall our application from your apps.
Uninstall the extension by following the instructions in this link:
- Log into our website, then click on the desired launch icon.
- Follow the prompts to download and install the app via the Google Play Store.
- Navigate back to the website and launch the app using the launch icon.
