Change my account email or password
The name, email address, and password associated with your user account can be changed in Settings. Here are the steps to do so:
1. Click the User icon (top-right corner of the website) and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
2. From the My Profile page, you can update your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, then click Update My Profile to save your changes.
3. You can also click Send email to request password reset to have an email sent to your user account's email address, which includes a reset password link.
Note: The option to reset your password is not displayed if you use a Google or Apple account to log into our site. If that is the case, you can update your password via Google or Apple.
