Change my email address or password

The name, email address, and password associated with your user account can be changed in Settings.

Please note that this article provides steps for changing settings after you have logged in to your account. If, instead, you are unable to log in to your user account and want to change settings or modify your subscription, please contact our support team at support@screenpal.com. To expedite troubleshooting, include the email address associated with your account, as well as your most recent invoice number (if applicable).

1. Click Settings in the navigation menu.

2. From the My Profile page, you can update your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address, then click Save Changes.
Important: If an error is displayed stating that the "email is unavailable", you most likely already have a user account associated with that email address. In this situation, contact support for assistance.

3. You can also click Send email to request password reset to have a message with a reset password link sent to the email address associated with your ScreenPal account.

Notes
Note: The option to reset your password is not displayed if you use a Google or Apple account to log into our site.  If that is the case, you can update your password via Google or Apple.
