AI Video Generator error messages
When you use the ScreenPal AI Video Generator to create original videos from a text prompt, you may see an error message displayed at the top of the page. Not to worry! When you see one of the following errors, just click Try Again to retry the script or video generation.
- Script Generation Failed - Something went wrong while generating your script. Please try again.
- Video Clip Generation Failed - We couldn't generate the video clips. Please try again.
- Final Video Generation Failed - We couldn't generate your final video. Please try again.
If clicking Try Again a few times does not resolve the issue, please contact our Support team.
Additionally, you may see this error when ScreenPal could not retrieve video assets for one or more of your video's sections.
In this case, click Continue to close the alert and generate your final AI video. When it's finished, you can it in our free, Online Video Editor to manually replace the placeholders with video content of your choice.
